100 most popular YA books

So I found this list on a blog I follow (in swedish). It is suppose to be the 100 most popular YA books. I though that was fun (even if the list is not accurate, which I don´t know) and I think I am going to try to read them all. As long as they sounds good. Anyway I am going to highlight the books I´ve read in pink. Ain´t so many on this list that I´ve read yet but now I have a lot of wonderful reading to look forward too. So how many of these books have you read?

Why not copy this list and show us, and then ad your link at the end of this post  so we can check it out!

I found that I'd read 43 of the 100 listed. I'm not sure how "scientific" the list is, though, as I think there are some really obvious omissions. But it was fun anyway.

I haven't read that many because I'm not much of a series reader. My list is here.

I'm always curious about where these lists come from, but I love filling stuff out like that. I counted based on the actual number of books listed and I've read 126 of them, which works out to about 1/3. Not too shabby! =)

I don't think the list is accurate (although I'm just guessing), but still, lists are fun for exactly the reason you're using this one - they suggest more books to read. I've read 48 - 52 more to go!

Interesting list. Though with all of the series listed, it wouldn't surprise me if the total number of books came closer to 500 than 100. I've read at least one book in 18 of the series listed. Some of them I'll never be interested in.

If you like British humour, I highly recommend The Confessions of Georgia Nicolson by Louise Rennison. They're so funny, especially the first books, that I laugh so much I cry!

Thanks for sharing this. It's pretty interesting indeed! Here is my list as well. As you may see, I have a TON of books on the list that I'd still like to read one day! :)

Thanks for the great list! I've read at least one book from 31 of the series. Nice reference to remind me what to pick up next.
