Saturday snapshot!

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce @ AT Home With Books.

If you look out my window today, you would not believe it is suppose to be summer! It is cold, rainy and a lot of wind so it is the perfect day to stay inside and long for better weather or in my case long for Tuesday when I am going on vacation to Sicily an island outside Italy! But it is also the day to remember that it can be nice and warm (sort of) even here in Sweden. This picture was taken a week ago when we had a little more sun and warmth in Stockholm, Sweden.
It is a tree with lots of beautiful pink flowers that smells wonderful! But I do not know what this tree is called though.

Lovely flowers on that tree ... and blue sky! It's pouring out here in New Hampshire right now ... and I long for those blue skies and sunshine!

What lovely flowers! Not for the first time, I'm wishing scents could be embedded on blogs...

The Cherry Blossom looks gorgeous.
We start to see it blooming here in UK about March, one of the first signs of spring.

And read a book.

Whatever type flowers they are, they're beautiful. Our trees flowered a few weeks early this year because of our warm spring.

How fabulous to have trees blooming everywhere! Our blooming/spring season ended over a month ago, so it's nice to see it's still in full swing in Sweden. Enjoy your trip to Sicily!

I am horticulturally challenged, so I do not know what type of blossoms these are, either. But they do look so fragrant. I wonder if technology will ever progress to the point that blogs have a scratch and sniff feature. Then I'll return to this image and purloin a shnozzful.
Have fun in Sicily! I have two weeks to my next vacation and the days CANNOT COME FAST ENOUGH!
