Book review: Fade out by Rachel Caine

Author: Rachel Caine

Title: Fade out

Genre: Young Adult

Series: The morganville vampires (book #7)

My rating
On the Cover:
Without the evil vampire Bishop ruling over the town of Morganville, the resident vampires have made major concessions to the human population. With their newfound freedoms, Claire Danvers and her friends are almost starting to feel comfortable again...

Now Claire can actually concentrate on her studies, and her friend Eve joins the local theatre company. But when one of Eve's castmates goes missing after starting work on a short documentary, Eve suspects the worst. Claire and Eve soon realize that this film project, whose subject is the vampires themselves, is a whole lot bigger-and way more dangerous-than anyone suspected.

My review:
Ah, well normal life in morganville might not be what you and I call normal life. In this book there is a lot of jealousy against both boyfriends and between friends. Life changes for the four friends, and some changes may shift the dynamics in the group. A new best friend and an old ex girlfriend spurs the drama in more ways than one. The question is whether the four exits from this little drama stronger than before or if cracks have begun to be formed?

This is a series I've only heard great things about. I liked Rachel's Weather Warden series, so I think I'll give this a read as well.
