Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.
I love the ocean and it is the favorite part for me when I visit Denmark. We have the ocean here as well but not in Stockholm. Not like this, wild and untamed! It is different to view the ocean from a city view and from a deserted beach like this, it is not the same... Not at all! And we have mostly archipelago here so it is nothing like in this picture!!

I agree, a deserted beach is far different! I grew up near one like that, but it Oregon it was often stormy and almost always windy.

I already have three books in mind I would take with me to a beach like this. But, now that I think about it, I would probably end up mesmerized by the waves, or fall asleep to the sound...
