Book review: Wolfsbane by Andrea Cremer

Author: Andrea Cremer
Title: Wolfsbane
Series: Nightshade series #2
Genre: Paranormal romance
Purchase: Amazon | B&N | book depository | Adlibris (only scandinavia)
4 stars to this awesome book
On the cover:
When Calla Tor wakes up in the lair of the Searchers, her sworn enemies, she’s certain her days are numbered. But then the Searchers make her an offer—one that gives her the chance to destroy her former masters and save the pack—and the man—she left behind. Is Ren worth the price of her freedom? And will Shay stand by her side no matter what? Now in control of her own destiny, Calla must decide which battles are worth fighting and how many trials true love can endure and still survive.

Our thoughts:
This was an amazing read!
Wolfsbane is just as good as Nightshade. It also might better or even worse depending on what you are after.  Nighshade was very intense filled with action both in regards to the characters and the story. Wolfsbane was more of an emotional journey. Of course there was action in this one too but it could also be kind of slow in that department.  Calla is very conflicted in her feelings toward Ren and Shay and a lot of the story is about this love triangle. Calla´s character grows immensely and at the same time she is weakened when her whole existence is turned up side down and everything is questioned.  Just  like the first book this one ended with a real cliffhanger and we can´t wait for the third book Blood rose to be released.  The suspense is making us crazy.

Hi, there! I have this book myself, but have yet to read it. Gotta read "Nightshade" first! Lol. But seriously, I haven't heard anything but great things about these books so far, so I know I won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the review!! : )
