I loved this book! I have been waiting a long time for it and the excitement was huge when I finally got it since "The Burning Star" was so awesome and left us with such a cliffhanger I could not believe it. The only problem for me though was that I should have re-read book one before starting this but since time was short I just jumped right in. In the beginning I had some trouble remembering who was who and so on but it did not take long for my memory to catch up lol. I mean, it was probably over a year ago that I read book one.

The storyline was perfect and there was never a dull moment. If I didm´t have other obligations I would not have put it down.

Wow. There was a lot of different characters to keep track on but that was totally ok and really needed in the story. We get to read through different characters perspectives.

I loved that we got to know Kira a lot more in this one, we got to hear her side of the story and everything she´s been through. She is so strong after she has lived through hell her whole life only to realize in the story that she should´t have had to do that. She takes it all in stride though and falls in love none the less. Then we have her awesome kickass twin sister Kay that got kidnapped in book one. She is as feisty as ever and I love her to death! lol. I love her snarky and witty comments!

We also get introduced to Skye who I have a feeling we will get to know even more in book three =) She is also a kick ass chick with fighting skills who no one should cross.

Romance we get plenty of in the book. I mean we have Kay and Ryan who we got to know in book one. There is not as much interacting between the two since they were in different places most of the book but when they finally did the we cute as ever. Then we follow Kira and Kane. Kane is the Winter prince who you really can't dislike. The chemistry between them is sizzling!

Plenty of this! lol

For hours I had lay there on the filthy ground, clutching my stomach as wave after wave of contractions crippled me.

The cover fits the book perfect and I think it´s beautiful. Don´t you think?
