My Thoughts

I loved this book! It was just as interesting as book 1. In the first book we get thrown inside chloe´s world of chaos. Well it was chaos in the sense that she dealt with an inner chaos, a struggle with her own sanity. She left behind her a life where everyone including her own family thought she was insane. She came to Birch harbor for a new start and she struggle with her mind and her doubt about her insanity but as the story goes we get to know it is the afterlife she hears not voices created by her own mind and she is starting to get to terms with that. In this book when we meet up with Chloe again she is doing well but of course the afterlife has plans for her as does she. She needs to find out more about Abrahams men.

This books is so exciting and a real pageturner. It is such a great ghost story and it is also a little creepy. I always found books about the insane really creepy but that just makes it even better. But this is also a love story and a great one! You just have to love Seth, Chloe´s boyfriend. He is just so dreamy and perfect.

The best part of this story has to be the end! It was such a cliff hanger and that was unexpected becuase that is not at all how the first book ended and I thought we would get to know more about Abrahams men in this one but I guess we will have to wait foor book three. I can´t wait, I am so excited to read the next one.

if you like a good ghost story, a lot of asylums and with a little bit love in the mix, you will love this book! It was a great read well worth your time!

ARGH! Cliffhangers can be downright torturous!
